Anthony Mears, a LWTV viewer and fan of the game Altar of Freedom, recently shared some photos with us. You have to see these photos to believe them...Anthony makes is own 6mm armies from twisted metal wire! His figures look incredible, and we asked him if he would be willing to share his secrets. He's done so with a free PDF guide that walks you through every step (complete with photos) of the crafting process. We simply had to share this with all of you because the finished results are extremely impressive for miniatures you can make at home! After the photos, we have a direct PDF download so that you can get a free copy of Anthony's tutorial guide!

Reminds me of the "granny grate" plastic armies.

We in KC Mo. have a guy that makes a lot of his own "battle-stuff" including ships for the Spanish-American War with "spaegetti pieces" for smoke-stacks and "mechanical pencil-lead" for gun-barrels and Ancients Figures out of "toothpicks pieces" - he's even made War Elephants out of "jelly-beans" with little card-stock cut-outs of the elephant's head and trunk and a war-platform with warriors on top of the elephants - REALLY GREAT at that "small-scale" !
