Last week we posted our QRS for The Men Who Would Be Kings, which includes missing information you'd normally expect (like...movement rates!). Some of you commented that our QRS was a little blurry and hard to read. Fortunately, two of our viewers decided to take matters into their own hands and pain-stakingly retype our QRS into a clean, crisp format. It looks awesome, and they sent us a copy to share! Thanks Tony and Phil!

Are you ready to test your mettle against the oncoming Zulus swarming over the hills? Or perhaps you want to unleash the "horns of the buffalo" to crush the thin British line and wash your spears in blood! As always, we're offering you the chance to play the exact scenario you watched on Little Wars TV with your friends at home. This particular game requires some tweaks to the mechanics of The Men Who Would Be Kings, a set of skirmish rules from Osprey Games that Steve turned into a mass battle system. In addition to the scenario below, be sure to also download Steve's rule revisions! You will need both PDFs to play our scenario. UPDATE (11/13/19) We've also added the quicker, Quick Reference Sheet we use to play MWWBK in our club! This version fills in the gaps missing from the official QRS in the book and is our condensed version of a QRS we found online, made by "Arteis02".
Boy, it feels like a long time since our last main episode premiered! And it has been a bit longer than usual, but that's in part because Episode 204 is such special one. We posted a little teaser trailer on YouTube that spoils the subject matter, but we don't want to ruin the surprise behind what makes this episode so unique. To discover that, you'll have to watch it for yourself!
In the meantime, exclusively for our Free Stuff page members, here are a few behind the scenes photos from filming day! This game was played on a custom 6'x4' tabletop in spectacular, 6mm scale using Baccus's Colonial range. |
